Bludgeoning Damage 1d6

21 Oct

I would love to enthrall and regale you with a wondrous tale about how I was battling orcs and driving them from my land and family. The truth is that I forgot to take the hammer off the top of my ladder before moving it. THUNK!!!

The next character I create for a story will, no doubt, wield a mace or a hammer. Bludgeoning damage is no joke. Trust me, I felt the wrath of a tiny hammer falling a few feet.

That’s like straight out of a cartoon, man. That’s…nasty. Heal up quickly. You’ve too many awesome things to get that hammered! Haha…get it?

Yep, gravity works! 🙂 Seriously, people forget stuff like this. A story I critiqued once, some kids blew up a forge — and nobody was burned, let alone hit by flying bricks. In stories, people regularly stand in the snow without jackets and don’t feel cold. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves how many things in life just really hurt!

Yeah, a twisted ankle could spell the end for our heroes! (Luckily they have strong ankles and supreme luck)

I had a full bottle of body wash slip off the shelf in the shower and land on my foot the other day, but this…aaaahh *cringe*, this is 100x worse! Heal up, my friend!

Yeah I dropped full coke can on the top of my foot one day and wept openly.

As Sheldon said . . . “Gravity; thou art a heartless bitch!”

On the bright side, you could go as a newborn unicorn for Halloween.

Haha. Yeah, and it would save me money on a costume.
